Shortcuts Editor

In the shortcuts editor, user shortcut keys can be defined for a selection of editing actions.

NOTE: Some shortcut keys definitions are already in use in GeoScene3D and therefore cannot be used as shortcut keys for the editing actions in the Shortcuts editor.
