Jupiter Color Factor Dialog

When importing color values from Jupiter databases the RED, GREEN and BLUE values must be normalized to 255. To achieve this the values may need to be multiplied with a constant factor. An example: if the max values in the RCKSYMCO table is 100 then set the factor to 2.55
