 +Because no transformations are done in GeoScene3D all data added to the project must be in the same coordinate system. The coordinate system can be any locally based system or within one UTM zone using same datum for all data, e.g., UTM Zone 32, Euref89.

 +Horizontal distances (X, Y) are always fixed. Vertical distances as seen on the screen depends on the vertical scale for the scene. With a vertical scale of 1 the vertical distances corresponds to the horizontal distances which is recommended in areas with large topography. In areas with modest topography a vertical scale of 5 to 10 works well. When changing the vertical scale the vertical geometry of most objects also change.
