====== Variogram Editor ====== In the main dialog of the variogram editor, a variogram based on input data is shown with a fitted model . The experimental variogram is illustrated as black dots while the variogram model is illustrated as a red curve. __Edit: __ A variogram model is autofitted input data. __>>: __ \\ The structure dialog opens, where the autofitted parameters are available, see Structure below. Note: this documentation describes the user interface and parameters. However, full documentation of variogram analysis and model construction is a complex subject and is beyond the scope of this text. Note: The dialog is used for both 2D and 3D interpolation. When working in 2D all parameters that are used only for 3D are disabled. **Structures ** \\ The Variogram Structure is used to edit the parameters for individual variogram model structures. __Nugget:__ Nugget effect (has no effect on the Power structure).\\ TIP: When Nugget = 0 the fitting is disabled.\\ __Contribution:__ Contribution or scale of the structure.\\ __Structure Type:__ Available structures are: Spherical, Exponential, Gaussian, Power, and Cosine Hole. Tip: The Spherical and exponential structures are the most common structures to use. __Angle 1____:__ Clockwise rotation angle of Y-axis from north.\\ __Angle 2____:__ Vertical rotation angle of (rotated) Y-axis from horizontal. Used in 3D only.\\ __Angle 3____:__ Rotation around (rotated) Y-axis (plunge). Used in 3D only.\\ __AHMax:__ Horizontal range in primary direction of anisotropy (rotated Y-axis).\\ __AHMin:__ Horizontal range in secondary direction of anisotropy (rotated X-axis).\\ __AHVert:__ Vertical range in direction of lowest anisotropy (rotated Z-axis).
