Blank Grids Using Geometry

(Select multiple 2D or 3D grid files and a single geometry item)

Use this operation to blank nodes in multiple grid files based on points, line, or polygon (geometry).

Use Geometry As:
Although the geometry item may be either points, line, or polygon. It can always be used as points if it is really a polygon and so on. However, the default selection will correspond to the selection made in the main form of the Toolbox.

Points: The blanking will affect nodes within or outside the specified radius.
Line: The blanking will affect nodes within or outside the specified radius (buffer).
Polygon:The blanking will affect nodes either inside or outside the polygon.

Blank:
Inside: Blank within radius or polygon.
Outside: Blank outside radius or polygon.

Settings:
Radius: Radius used for points and lines. The radius is always in the XY-plane. Blanking 3D grids using points will produce a cylindrical blanked volume.
