====== Import XYZ Points ======

Imports new points to the edited XYZ Points object. After the import the points will be selected. This operation is similar to inserting multiple points using the insert tool.

__Delimited File:__ Name of file containing points. The file must contain columns for X and Y. Z is optional but recommended. If there is no Z column then all new points will get zero elevation.\\
__Delimiter:__ List separator used to sperate columns, usually ";"\\
__Decimal Separator:__ Numeric decimal separator, usually "." or ","

__X:__ Easting\\
__Y:__ Northing\\
__Z:__ Elevation
